Classwallet Issues

We’re currently working with ClassWallet to resolve a technical issue that pops up when trying to checkout. In the meantime, families can still shop using Direct Pay.

 

How Direct Pay works:

Shop our direct site, AmazeumStore.org

Add items to your cart, select ClassWallet at checkout, then submit your order confirmation to ClassWallet through Direct Pay for approval. Our vendor name in direct pay is Scott Family Amazeum. Once approved, we’ll fulfill and ship your order.

To submit invoice through ClassWallet Direct Pay, please follow these steps:

  1. Open this email and save a copy for your records.
    You can do this by either:
    • Taking a screenshot of the full email, including the invoice/order details, or
    • Selecting Print and choosing Save as PDF instead of printing.
  2. Log in to your ClassWallet account.
  3. Go to Direct Pay or Pay Vendor.
  4. Search for the vendor name: Scott Family Amazeum.
  5. Upload the screenshot or PDF copy of this email as your invoice documentation.
  6. Submit the request for approval through ClassWallet.

Once ClassWallet approves the Direct Pay request, we will receive confirmation and begin processing your order. After your order is fulfilled, you will receive tracking information by email.

Please note that we cannot ship or fulfill the order until ClassWallet approval has been received.
