The Makedo Safe-Saw is an innovative, kid-friendly cardboard-cutting tool with a steel blade featuring graded serrations and no sharp edges. Children use it to slice through various thicknesses of upcycled cardboard or punch guide holes for custom builds, while caregivers gain peace of mind from a design that protects little fingers and softens cut edges to prevent paper cuts. This hands-on tool supports spatial reasoning, fine motor development, and practical STEM learning as young makers transform everyday boxes into imaginative 3D creations.
